Toronto Career Empowerment Nonprofit
SEO Team Toronto rebuilt a Toronto nonprofit's site structure so its programs, volunteer paths, and donation pages were easy to find, doubling donations from organic search.

The Situation
Clients, volunteers, donors, and corporate partners were all moving through a sprawling site where program details, booking steps, and ways to give were buried. The organization had years of press and a strong backlink profile, but the structure was not turning that authority into traffic. Search engines could not tell which content was meant for which audience.
What we did
We reorganized the information architecture around the things people come to do: get services, attend a program, volunteer, donate. That meant rebuilding how programs, eligibility, and locations appear, adding clearer internal pathways, and making the high-intent pages easy to reach for both Google and a person on their phone. On-page work covered metadata, heading hierarchy, schema for nonprofit organization and events, and a clean internal-linking spine. We set up GA4 and Search Console so the team can see which organic paths lead to signups, applications, and completed donations.
